Each year, this event has grown in popularity and has become Richmond’s premier showcase of new homes. This year is no exception with 49 homes available for you to tour. You’ll see just about every type of new home imaginable in eight localities throughout the Greater Richmond area at sale prices ranging from the $190’s to over $900,000. This website will make your home search easier to find with a special search by criteria feature, as well as a linked entry map.
This event is presented by the Home Building Association of Richmond (HBAR), a non-profit trade association founded in 1946 and an affiliate of the Home Builders Association of Virginia and the National Association of Home Builders. HBAR members include builders, developers, remodelers, Realtors®, suppliers, subcontractors, and many more that relate to the residential construction industry. Our membership is committed to fighting for safe and affordable housing in our communities, expanding business and technical skills, and educating consumers about the newest industry products, techniques and services through events like Parade of Homes and Richmond Homearama®.
