About HBA of Richmond

The Home Building Association of Richmond (HBAR) is the trade association for the single-family and multi-family residential land development and construction industry in the Greater Richmond region. Based in Henrico County, the Home Builders Association of Richmond represents over 500 member companies involved in new construction, remodeling, and adaptive reuse residential projects, including builders, developers, architects, engineers, land-use practitioners, and the countless trades that are involved in the various stages of land development and construction.
