About Our Parade
The Richmond Parade of Homes has been helping Virginians find homes, builders, and inspiration for homes since 1951— a longstanding tradition, now in its 75th year. Virginians from around the state tour the show homes to see the latest home designs, floor plans, interior décor inspiration, and the hottest neighborhoods. With more local home builders than anywhere else in the Commonwealth of Virginia, people use the show as their single source of builder information.
